FROM THE FOUNDER
NATALIA SHEVCHENKO
Net Positive started with my daughter. When she was a baby, she had severe eczema, and doctors suggested pills and steroids. That didn’t feel right to me, so I started researching fabrics and the hidden chemicals in clothing. When I switched to natural materials, her skin healed.
That experience opened my eyes. If baby clothes—often labeled as "organic"—still had hidden irritants, what about the clothes we wear every day? I started looking into adult essentials, especially underwear, which sits closest to our skin all day. What I found was disappointing—many brands claiming to be “clean” still used harmful dyes, synthetics, and chemical treatments. So, I decided to create my own: Net Positive, a line of truly skin-friendly essentials made without harmful chemicals.
My own journey has been full of challenges. I moved to the U.S. from a small town in Russia with just $500 and no English. I worked my way through college, built a career in investment banking and private equity, and eventually found my true passion—working with brands that focus on health, wellness, and conscious living.
Now, as a mom of two, I care even more about what we put on our bodies every day. Net Positive is my way of making a difference—helping people feel good in clothing they can truly trust.
