If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can return or exchange your Net Positive pieces within 30 days of delivery.
We offer free returns and free exchanges on U.S. orders, with no return fees. All refunds are issued to the original payment method as soon as we receive your return, and timing may vary depending on your bank.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because we believe in giving back, all returned underwear is donated to those in need.
To ensure hygiene and kindness to others, we kindly ask that you wear your own underwear when trying on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
